Poker Night at the Inventory has received a fresh content update, introducing four tournament-unlockable poker tables and a retro-esque visual filter.

Up first are the new poker tables, all of which are unlocked by winning tournaments:

  • Toys of Power. Themed after Max’s telekinetic abilities in Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse.
  • Parsnips-a-Plenty. Inspired by an iconic old-timey Homestar Runner short.
  • Gabe’s Shirt XXXL. Featuring retro shading on Tycho and a table-sized version of Gabe’s yellow shirt from the Penny Arcade comics.
  • Mann vs Machine. Paying homage to Team Fortress 2’s MvM co-op mode with a robotic skin for the Heavy.

In terms of the new visual mode, it’s one that aims to bring the fidelity back to the original 2010 release, which the team have called the Stank Mode. It’s a toggleable option that adds a filter to the colours, making them a bit less vibrant and more dingy.

Poker Night at the Inventory is available on PC, PS5 and Switch.
