Operation Concrete Impact has been released for Rainbow Six Mobile, being the newest season to hit Ubisoft’s title.
One of the main headlines of this update is Close Quarters – a new and permanent 3v3 game mode. It’s a 3v3 battle that is designed for short, intense play sessions. Two teams go against each other, with the goal of either eliminating the opposition or capturing an objective point, which opens after 30 seconds. If neither has happened once the match timer runs out, the map is filled with tear gas that damages all players until one team has won.
Rainbow Six Mobile’s Newest Attacker
On top of the above, Zofia has been introduced as the newest Attacker but unfortunately, she is exclusive to the Premium Battle Pass. In any case, her ability is the KS79-LIFELINE, a grenade launcher that can fire both impact and concussion grenades, giving her the ability to break through walls and also disrupt enemies.
This season also marks Rainbow Six Mobile’s first collaboration with Payday, as it includes two new exclusive Operator skins based on Joy for Hibana and Chains for Wamai. Operation Concrete Impact is due to run until October 13th. Check out the full patch notes.
Delta Force previously had its own collaboration with Rainbow Six and whilst that event is finished now, it’s cool to see the franchise joining others consistently.
