Legacy of Kain
Crystal Dynamics has announced new physical editions of Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered, including a feature-packed Deluxe Edition.
The remastered version of Legacy of Kain launched earlier this year on PS5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Switch and PC to very good reviews all around. Following on from that, these physical editions are due to release on November 13th on the same platforms except PC. The standard edition just comes with the base game and can be pre-ordered for £24.99.
However, the Deluxe Edition includes:
- The base game
- Digital comic book reader with three classic comics
- Demo of the unreleased sixth game being Legacy of Kain: The Dark Prophecy
- Steelbook
- Soundtrack on CD
- 80-page artbook
The above is a very good line-up for a Deluxe Edition, with the price leaning around £40-£44.99 depending on retailer. If you were unaware of The Dark Prophecy, it was a cancelled project back in 2004 that was meant to be a direct sequel to Defiance. Including a playable slice of a cancelled game is a massive treat for long-time fans.
