Killing Floor 3
Tripwire has officially released its new update for Killing Floor 3, titled Halloween Horrors: Ghastly Getaway. There are a lot of new additions to go through, such as a new map, new enemies and a whole bunch more.
New Haunted Hotel Survival Map
The new survival map, Haunted Hotel, will see players exploring the multi-story hotel based in Romania, which has been torn apart by a ritual gone horribly wrong.
This map also changes the usual Zeds that players would normally face off against for monsters inspired by classic horror tropes such as Vampires, Mummies and even Venus Flytraps. These special Zeds will also be seen on all other maps until the 5th of November, but will remain a permanent fixture at the Haunted Hotel.
Gunslinger Single-Weapon Variants
After the introduction of the new Gunslinger class, Killing Floor 3 has introduced a cheaper variant to its current dual-wield pistol type. Players can now buy a single-weapon variant for each of the current pistols that were introduced with the Gunslinger, allowing for a more versatile play style. This also comes with greater granular control over how players upgrade their primary pistols.
Seasonal Stronghold Update and QOL
Ghastly Getaway introduces several new additions to Killing Floor 3, such as a seasonal update to the Stronghold, a Halloween-themed supply pass, new challenges, bug fixes and general quality of life fixes. Veteran players can even use their excess Supply Pass Points to buy Double XP boosters for perks once a day.
