Code Vein 2 DLC

Huge Code Vein II Expansion Revealed

Bandai Namco has announced an expansion to Code Vein II, titled Mask of Idris. This DLC features a “history-altering story”, with players being able to move through time and space to explore new areas. There is no release date as of yet.

Mask of Idris is meant to be seen as post-game content, as the ability to access it is locked behind the “Luna Fraterna” ending, as well as the “Valentin’s Request” side mission. The full description for the expansion is:

“The Mask of Idris expansion features exploration set in the Forsaken World, a setting forged from the converged passions of worlds that vanished due to historical alterations. At the core of this alternate world, a colossal, swirling spindle of these passions continuously draws in emotions from all times and spaces and now threatens to impact the real world. As this new battle unfolds, players will cross paths with Liv Voda, the alluring guardian of time and space who possesses a combative personality.”

As well as this, the free 2.0 update will launch on the same day. This patch will introduce new content also focused on the post-game. Details are due to be released at a later date. The Mask of Idris expansion is also included in the Deluxe and Ultimate editions of Code Vein II.
