Bodycam has received its most expansive overhaul and content drop in its v0.8 Locked and Loaded update.
One of the main standout features is the new loadout system, which offers over 400 attachments across all weapons, ranging from barrels, sights, rails, magazines, stocks and so much more. These also affect gameplay, such as reducing recoil to increasing aim-down-sight speed.
Weapon handling has been revamped entirely and it’s now based purely upon Operator stress levels in-game. Gameplay situations can cause Operators to fumble their reloads, shield their eyes from explosions, readjust the body cam itself and more. To go alongside this, the developers have also included a balance system, where players can lose balance and fall over if rushing.
Trench warfare has been introduced with a brand new map, as well as RC Cars/Drones for scouting, five new weapons, a full overhaul of weapon animations themselves and so much.
