Total Mayhem Games have brought back their free demo for We Were Here Tomorrow on Steam, during the Steam Next Fest event. This demo had previously been on Steam, but the team have been hard at work fixing bugs and improving performance based on feedback.
We Were Here Tomorrow throws players into the future, whilst still keeping the incredibly fun co-op mechanics as seen in their previous entries. A voice will guide the two explorers as they uncover the mystery behind the futuristic facility. If you’ve never played a We Were Here title before, then be prepared to be split up often, with your walkie-talkies being the main communication tools. These are used to assist each other to solve puzzles, such as describing objects to the other player, and enter new rooms.
The newest entry in the franchise introduces new character abilities, bigger environments and a more narrative-driven story. We Were Here Tomorrow is due to launch later this year on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
If you’re wanting to try something similar, give We Were Here Expeditions: The FriendShip a go! It’s the most recent game released by the team (excluding Tomorrow), is only £2.99 and is a fantastic short adventure.
